  4. That’s one of the most boring homes, and interviews, I have ever sat through. I think we do need to go for drinks, our mere presence would liven the place up considerably.

  5. hmm, i lived in rosedale when i first moved here (in a charming building that was right up against the railway, for a makes-me-weep $700 a month all in for a 2-bedroom) and i have to say it is the most isolating of toronto’s vaunted neighbourhoods. surrounded by ravines on three sides and the railway in the north, it was extremely difficult to live there without a car. i took the one ttc bus along with an assortment of cleaners and nannies.

    but hey, those ravines sure keep the riff-raff out!
